Kaiser Permanente will open a new 40,000-square-foot medical office at The Exchange in the Potomac Yard area of Alexandria in the first quarter of 2019. Located at 3000 Potomac Avenue, the Alexandria Kaiser Permanente Medical Office will be the organization’s first office in Alexandria, Virginia. The KP medical office will offer primary care, imaging, laboratory, pharmacy services, optometry and optical sales.
“We are excited to provide another center that supports our mission of promoting the health of the members and communities we serve,” said Kim Horn, president of Kaiser Permanente of the Mid-Atlantic States. “This new medical facility is an important investment in our growth and a milestone along our path as the Mid-Atlantic States’ leading provider of care and coverage and the model for how health should be delivered across the nation.”
The KP medical office, which will be located in a 100,000-square-foot building that will also serve as the National Industries for the Blind’s new headquarters.
